Glass commemorating the opening of Split’s water supply network

This bell-shaped low-footed glass appeared in Split in the period 1880 – 1890. It was probably blown in one of Italy’s glass-making workshops. The images of the Monumental Fountain (Monumentalna česma) and the façade of the neo-classical building of Bajamonti’s water supply network are depicted on the glass with white glass paste.
