Persian helmet Kulah Khud
The Persians were the best weapon manufacturers in the East and had worked not only in Persia but also in Turkey and India. The Kulah Khud is a special Persian helmet. It often had a spike on top and two feather slots on each side. It also had a removable sliding nose-piece with tentacles at both ends. The neck was covered with chain mail which was made of iron, brass or copper.
