Pulley ladder
An interesting legend is associated with this pulley ladder, which was narrated by the ladder’s owner at the time, passed to him through his ancestors.
In the second half of the 15th century, the Commander of the city at that time lived near the western city gates, it is presumed precisely in the Ciprianis house, on whose façade a sculpture of St. Anthony can be seen even today. The Commander had a beautiful daughter, and her intimate friends were the friends and cousins Papalić and Marul. They would often come in the middle of the night under the window of the Commander’s beautiful daughter.
